Q: Are your products animal-free?
A: Yes! All Jones Orad Beauty products are 100% animal-free and never tested on animals.
Q: Are your formulas clean and safe for sensitive skin?
A: Absolutely. We use skin-friendly, non-toxic ingredients that are free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and artificial dyes. Always do a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
Q: Are your products vegan?
A: Most of our products are vegan — please check individual product pages for a full ingredient list and symbols.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: All of our products are formulated and manufactured in the USA to strict quality and safety standards.
📦 Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Standard shipping to the US typically takes 3-7 business days. We ship from our US warehouse and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we ship to selected international countries. Please check the shipping page for the latest updates and estimated delivery times.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order through your account on our website.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
